Shipping Information

Please allow up to 48 hours for shipping on all orders placed on Jackeline Scollyn online store. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping

Orders placed within the continental United States will be shipped via one of the following carriers:

USPS
FedEx
UPS

Orders are expected to deliver within 5-7 business days from the date of shipping. Please allow extra time for orders placed outside of the continental United States.

International Shipping

Orders placed outside of the United States will be shipped via one of the following carriers:

FedEx
UPS
DHL

Orders are expected to deliver within 10-12 business days from the date of shipping.

For international orders, the prices displayed on site are exclusive of all taxes and duties. Once your shipment arrives at customs, you are responsible for paying all import duties, customs, local sales taxes, and any other applicable tax.

For all shipments, we are unable to accommodate address changes and cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped. Jackeline Scollyn is not responsible for any missing or misdelivered parcels due to an incorrectly entered address by the customer at the time of purchase.
